課綱爭議 柯P：決定於馬總統的一念之間

對於反課綱學生3日和教育部長吳思華的對談破局，台北市長柯文哲4日上午在市政會議後受訪時表示，通常如果不能決定的一方上談判桌，那個就是來宣導的而已，「我不認為他(指吳)有能力、有權力決定這件事情。」柯文哲認為，這種重大衝突不會一次對話就能解決，應該在這段時間內密集的和學生溝通。

反課綱學生和吳思華3日下午於教育部內進行對談，不過，2個多小時的對談最後仍以破局、無共識收場。柯文哲4日上午表示，他覺得有衝突就想辦法解決，所以就算吳思華不能決定課綱一事，「他回去問一問他的長官，再回來對話」。

柯文哲說，他不認為這種重大衝突可以一次對話就通通解決，這期望太高了。應該在這段時間內，多幾次溝通來解決掉。柯說，有對話比沒對話好，「不要期待一次可以通通解決」，所以就在這段期間請密集的跟學生溝通。

至於立法院的臨時會極有可能最後不召開，柯文哲無奈的說，這種東西最後還是決定於馬總統的一念之間。但對他來講就很麻煩，因為學生和警察僵持在那邊1天、2天、3天，遲早會出問題，所以他一再呼籲，應該持續和學生對話。

媒體追問反課綱學生說就算本週颱風來襲也不退卻，柯文哲先是「哇」了一聲，接著他說「這個…不要退…唉，這個就是問題，見招拆招」。
